Honestly, I am surprised how well these morning sickness natural remedies worked to relieve nausea. I went from barely able to get out of bed to feeling energetic and normal all day long. These worked for me, I hope they work for you too.
Here are a few remedies for combating morning sickness symptoms:
Get Some Fresh Air
It is often a good idea to get as much fresh air as you can throughout the day. This is to reduce the likelihood of certain smells triggering your nausea. It is better to sleep with good ventilation and in the cool air.
Try going on a morning walk and breathe fresh air. This will do a lot of good and help relieve the symptoms of nausea.

Morning sickness in pregnancy doesn’t wait for you to roll out of bed. Nausea is most likely to strike when you are on an empty stomach after a long night’s sleep.
That’s because you haven’t eaten in a while, the acid churning around inside of your stomach has nothing to digest, which then leads to grogginess.
To head off, stock your nightstand with some crackers, bars or cold cereals, which you can munch on first thing in the morning.
